I recently bought a house and even though the home inspector said that the air conditioner was in perfect shape I've had to call Joe and his team 3 times to fix something! I called about 8am and was told someone would be out by ten. I had to leave for work and my husband waited for the service tech. I received a text at 9:45am that the work was done and the ac was pumping out nice cool air. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

He then covered his shoes with covers to protect my flooring. Joe was able trouble shoot the reasons it might be happening.
