They were great at coming to sell a new unit and installing it promptly. But after it failed to pass code inspection, I have not had good service. There was no communication about rectifying the issue until I had to keep calling. Still not sure when anything will be corrected. I’m very disappointed especially after reading great reviews. Just a word to the wise.
Really disappointed with Air Hawk. We purchased a brand new system in 2019 per their guidance and since then, it’s essentially required several visits per year to maintain, and each time is unfortunately a new expensive visit. For example, we had several trips related to the drain line—eventually requiring an entirely new drain line install as the old one was blocked. That’s fine, no issues.
