Annual Furnace Maintenance The technician James was prompt, courteous and explained what he was checking and why. He gave useful tips and suggestions to better utilize the equipment installed and help keep it properly maintained. Have never received this type of info from past companies and there representatives I have used in the past. Very professional, extremely pleased with the service.

Furnace &AC Install Didn't have to wait for installation. Thorough explanation of process as it was being installed. Asked for input when necessary for location of vents etc. Clean up of materials once job was completed.

Great products and service I got I had a new furnace, AC, and HRV installed in my house in March 2016, and they have been functioning very well and to my satisfaction. Water heater installation Our water heater leaked, so we called City of Kitchener who deals with Aire One KW Homestars. Charlie and César came to install our new one water heater and they were very professional and polite. They were also knowledgeable and did a really good clean looking job and cleaned up after the job was done.
