Furnace inspection The furnace had suddenly stopped working. After trying everything I could think of, I called Aire One to have a technician have a look. After a quick inspection, he discovered that the furnace switch had been turned turned off. I'm not sure how that happened but, as soon as the switch had been flipped, the furnace started up right away and the house was a comfortable 18 degrees again. Even though I felt very foolish, the technician was understanding and polite. I'll definitely deal with Aire One again.

Air conditioning, Furnace, and water heater Installation Aire One from Kitchener installed an air conditioner and furnace. My AC broke down on a very hot July day and the tech Evan came the same day. The installers came the following Monday, very polite and put down drop sheets on my stairs and family room. No mess was left behind, did a great job. Also I had Aire One install a rental Water heater in Feb 2016, did a great job. Very thorough. Raymond

Furnace and Airconditioner Called for a maintenance check on my 20 year old furnace.Found some costly repairs so opted to replace both furnace and A/C(15 yrs). Mike explained all my options the next day and had it installed by following Monday. Was completley satisfied with how everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. Furnace and air conditioner install Was very pleased with the service I received from air one. From the day I got a price from Kevin the manager to the techs that installed the two units. I would highly recommend these guys and have been happy with the new equipment.

New furnace and air conditioner Aire One Kitchener did an excellent job responding to our need for a new furnace during a frigid January and then came the following summer during a heat wave when our air conditioner stopped working. Gave us a terrific price. Awesome installation crew, awesome company!
Install new furnace After our 10yr. old Lennox gave out several times Rick came out, checked our situation, gave us a quote on a Saturday with installation of a new carrier furnace for the following Monday. Eric & Tariq arrived early Monday morning & had the new furnace mated with our A/C and humidifier early that afternoon. They did an excellent job. After a weekend of no heat with a Monday morning temp. in the house of 46F we were back up to 69F by 7pm., nice & comfy.

Furnace Installation After finding out that we needed to replace our furnace we were well supported by Rick on helping to pick the ideal furnace for our home. The installation team came in days later to install it promptly. The new system runs much quieter as opposed to the original unit that was in our home for over 20 years.
