Furnace and A/C installation Our old furnace (25 yrs) stopped working sometime Wednesday night. I called Aire One first thing Thursday morning and they had a technician out in a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. It was determined that a new furnace was in order. New furnace and A/C We moved into an older home Aug 2016 and discovered we needed a furnace and A/C. Aire One provided a competative quote, the sales rep. was very thorough and took time to explain everything. Furnace and tankless water heater installation was quick and tidy, did not have to make any call backs. We received everything we were quoted and have since signed up for both the furnace and air conditioning tune up plans. The technicians that have come for the tuneups have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable

HVAC installations The installers were courteous and professional. They laid out mats on the floor to avoid dirtying and damaging it. The workmanship was superb. The HVAC ran very well after the service.

New hvac system New system in March - heat great, turned on air, not cooling called first thing in morning tec there by late afternoon , seems installers forgot to flip breakers. Tec checked everything. Up and running now. No charge

Sorry we forgot the breaker off. We should have told you to check the breaker when you called here because that's the main cause for newly installed air conditioners not to work. Actually I'm asking everybody reading this review to always check the breaker before calling a contractor for a "no cool service call".
Annual Furnace Inspection Mike, the technician was great. He was very polite, courteous , well spoken and seemed very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with. I'm glad we bought the monthly service plan; its well worth it. So much so that we just upgraded to the plan that includes repairs in addition to the annual inspection.

Heating/Cooling Unit Annual Maintenance We had our air conditioner and heater unit serviced today. The service went to plan, was simple, and painless for us. We asked at the end of the service how the unit was running, and he confirmed it was. He seemed to be very familiar with the unit.

AC & Furnace Replacement Received same day AC service call but repair cost wasn't worth it due to the age of unit. Met with sales person same night and decided to replace furnace and AC unit. Two business days later everything was installed and working great. Service was excellent and we couldn't believe how quickly everything was installed.
