Furnace I had an amazing service call with Aire One today. The tech was the best I have ever had. I learned so many new things. He even fixed some things that weren't working right, like the humidifier. I also really appreciated that when he arrived, he noticed right away I had a small pet. He told me that when I get the ducts cleaned, it is important to not have her in the house so she does not suffer because of the noise. I was very happy and satisfied with the call and had no questions at all once he left.

Gas Water Heater Thanks Aire One for the great service your guys provided. Our old gas water heater was leaking and needed replaced. The service guys were quick and professional during the installation of our new gas water tank. I was glad to see they used drop sheets on our floors to prevent scratching and water/snow from getting on our carpet. Would recommend service to friends. thanks. Jason M

New Furnace and Air Conditioner Sales rep Colin was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of our options very clearly. After our meeting, anytime we had questions, Colin answered them almost immediately. Once we decided to go with Aire One, an installation date was set for the following week. Installers arrived on time, took care to lay drop sheets and cleaned up completely when done. Has only been a few days but so far we couldn't be happier.

annual furnace inspection Aire One installed the furnace 7 years ago and I still have 3 years of warranty! I am on a monthly plan with them for tuneups thus being covered for any emergency calls. They just did the fall tuneup and all is perfect with my furnace.

Furnace fixfuff I had a technician come to fix the furnace. He was here just before 1pm and replaced the part. He was wonderful. He is a very friendly creature. We like him very much. He knew exactly what was going on.

York furnace and A/C Furnace shut down and called Air One, saw it in the phone book plus my sister dealt with them in Hamilton. Technician James arrived promptly and listed what was wrong but couldn't guarantee that it would work for long after it was fixed. This was the second time it had broken down in 2 months. New Furnace and A/C We were told 6 years ago when we bought our house that our furnace and A/C were on their 'last legs'. We put off replacing until we couldn't wait any longer....it sounded like our house was getting ready for 'lift off' every time our old furnace clicked on...and it ran almost constantly! FURNACE NOT WORKING It is the first time I ever used Aire 1 for my furnace. They sent a specialist to see why the furnace was blowing cold air and he quickly fixed it by changing a part. So far I am satisfied with their service.

furnace fix I called Aire One today because my furnace was blowing cold air. They were able to come the same day and got here on time. They discovered something was wrong with the pressure switch and it was fixed within half an hour. The guy was polite and efficient. I was totally pleased.
