Humidifier Install I had a humidifier installed on my furnace. The technician was on time, professional and personable. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the work area cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend Aire One to others and will use them in the future.

Furnace and A/C Installation I had my furnace and a/c installed by Aire One last month. It went just fine. The installers know what they are doing. They were friendly enough. I also called a little later to have them change the thermostat. That went well and the technician had it all done in about 10 minutes. I was very satisfied.

Furnace tune-up The technician who came to give the furnace a tune-up was very good. He was conscientious and informative. He communicated well. I found him to be on time and quick. He was quite comfortable to have in the house. As well, he left me feeling comfortable about how my furnace will be working this winter.

New Furnace and A/C On January 27, 2014 my furnace stopped working. Remember those -28C very cold temperatures. Well after calling the city and another service company being told it would be hours to days before they could come I then called Aire One who arrived within an hour. The service technician managed to get my furnace working but we both knew the motor was on it's last legs. The tech gave me options and I selected to meet the next morning with a salesperson. FURNACE AND A/C INSPECTION Tom was polite and thorough. He noticed an issue with our water heater which was appreciated because he was only there to do a tune-up on our furnace and A/C. He pointed out everything when he was done and gave me a rundown.

Home furnace replacement Old Carrier furnace died, Aire One replaced it with a new dual stage Carrier furnace. I was impressed with the fact that the install was done very well (vent pipes re-routed to a better spot), they upgraded from a thin filter to a 3" air filter where space made me think it was impossible, and the options/financing were explained to me in professional and knowledgeable fashion.

New Furnace The employees from Air One were quick, clean, and friendly. They were also very informative when answering my questions. Furnace service and repair A small child was putting stone sized objects in my furnace vents. They then stuck the hose in the vent and turned on the taps. A very friendly and professional person from Aire One came to my house and removed the water and objects from the exhaust blower of my furnace and got everything working all for the price of my annual service checkup.
