Furnace tune-up I had my annual furnace tune-up today with Air One. It went well. The guy came in and took care of everything. There was no nonsense. He was courteous and seemed knowledgeable.

Fireplace service We had a problem with the fireplace so we called Aire One. Their mechanic was friendly and focused. He found the problem, offered a solution and now we are scheduled to have the part installed next week. I am very pleased with them.

FURNACE INSPECTION Aire One has been excellent so far and the technician that came over was very nice and efficient, like every time I called them. He checked the furnace and a/c everything is safe and running perfectly.

Furnace Service Call I called Aire One to request a service call. The service was good. The service technician was professional. Everything was fixed and is working good. He knew what the problem was and told us the exact price it would be to fix it. We are also considering upgrading our furnace and he gave us multiple options on how to do that. He was a very knowledgeable guy.

Furnace The furnace was serviced and it went very well. The gentleman was very informative about our furnace. He gave lots of good information and talked about the different readings he had. For example, the CO coming out of the furnace. He gave us a tip that we should move the carbon monoxide sensors higher for safety. He was in and out in little over half an hour. He also asked if there were any furnace symptoms and we told him there was a slight vibration. He found that it was some sheet metal and fixed the problem.

Air conditioner installed When we decided to have an Air conditioner installed we contacted several companies. AirOne was the only company that agreed to come to our home to confirm what we needed re size and installation. They arrived the next day and within the week it was installed. The men were courteous, quick and cleaned up nicely. They also filed for our $400 rebate and we received it with in the time limit they had told us.

Service The technician James came and he serviced one of the pressure switches, and since then it is running well. He then told me that if it starts acting up again to let Aire one know right away. I am very happy with with the trouble shooting, he also said that he felt that it was the inducer that was sending the codes and said that if it acted up again, upon my notifying them, they would order the part right off the bat just in case we would need it. replace condensation pan My service was good. Louis was a little late but he was nice enough to call to let me know he'd be running late and the office called as well. He even helped me out by replacing my flickering florescent bulb. He was also really respectful as he took his boots off when he walked in the front door in order to keep the house clean.
