new furnace & air conditioner I recently purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Aire One. When installing the furnace, the central vac had to be removed. The salesman assured me in WRITING, that Aire One would re-install the vac, when the job was finished. Unfortunately, this was NOT done ! Furnace Maintenance When our furnace was serviced by Aire One, the experience went very well. Mike was very efficient and thorough. He what he was supposed to and did all his crosschecks.

Condensation pump repair We had a condensation pump installed and it was extremely noisy. We asked Aire One to come back and tale a look at it and they replaced the pump, immediately fixing the problem,. The experience was great and I was even able to ask the technician a question about the dial for the humidifier. He dealt with it to my complete satisfaction. We have never had a service technician who wasn't totally accommodating.

Furnace & A/C We're very happy with the entire experience, Jerry takes a lot of pride in his work, everything was installed nice and neat. It was raining while he was here and he left the house the way he found it, he placed drop cloths through out the house so the floors wouldn’t get dirty, we really appreciated that. Heat pump fix We called Aire One to have our heat pump fixed. The service went very well. Lewis diagnosed the heat pump and found the problem. He replaced the part and we now have a warm condominium. I will be passing on Aire One and Lewis's name to our property manager.

furnace maintenance Our furnace had it's yearly maintenance today. The experience was very good. The guy was very efficient and also clean. He did a good job. Air One also installed our air conditioner and furnace. The install went very well. The service guys have all been really good. They know what they are doing.

Yearly furnace maintenance We had our yearly furnace maintenance done and the service was outstanding. Everything from wearing booties in my house to explaining what was being done to clean the furnace. Amazing.
New installation Air conditioning I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable and courteous all the staff at Aire One are. The sales person, the administration staff and the installers were all very helpful, polite and obviously know their products. The installers did what was right and not what was easiest and took the time to really explain things to me. I will definitely use Aire One again for repairs or new installations.

Furnace maintenance An Air-One tech arrived on time and proceeded to undertake the annual maintenance procedure on our gas furnace. He was polite and respectful of our home (e.g., took his shoes off at the door), and answered the few questions we had for him in an informative and helpful manner. He left the furnace area in a tidy condition; and had filled out the work order completely regarding the service he performed.

Dear Gerald, we are sorry to have disappointed you by not having on the truck the particular filter you needed when the technician came over to perform the inspection/tune-up. Our technicians should have 5 different types of filters on their truck, but sometimes they run out of them. We are sorry that by not having the filter when we visited you we missed on getting a 10. As discussed earlier, one complementary filter is ready for you at the Victoria location.
