Furnace and Air Conditioner Tune-Up When Aire One called to arrange my yearly Furnace and Air Conditioner tune-up, they gave me lots of flexibility vis a vis the time for the technician to complete the job. Emergency Furnace I had recently put my house up for sale and decided to check on it on a Friday night before my open house on Sunday. I got home late Friday night to my cold house of 10 degrees! I had Airone come check out the furnace the following morning and most of it was at the end of its life. In panic I chose to just patch it up the following Tuesday and cancel my open house.
