Service for humidifier We needed to understand how our newly installed humidifier operates and how effectively it is working. James tested our inside air quality and left a full report on all aspects of the air quality. He completely explained the functioning of the humidifier and how we can understand its care and function. Furnace Leak We just had our furnace insalled 4 days ago and my wife called me at work saying it was leaking water today. I didn't think it was much obviously something simple because it was just put in. That was at 5pm and Lee from Aire One one of there technicians showed up in about 40 minutes and immediately saw all it was that was wrong is a clamp let go on the drain hose. new furnace Adam was great was at my house within a half hour of requesting a new furnace was very knowledgeable and helpful gd sense of humour and made me feel comfortable at discussing my needs after not having heat for 4 days straight worked out a great deal and had a great team of installers at my house by lunch time and with in four hours had a knew furnace and a toasty house even with the minus 24 C plus wind chill outside my hate is off to a great team of top notch people that seem to care slainte
