New Furnace, Water heater and fireplace cleaning I found the whole experience top notch. From the 1st visit to the final inspection. Every person was very friendly, help-full and answered all my questions patiently. They were here at the promised time and cleaned up everything when they left. Service On our yearly maintenance the service tech noticed that our Ventor motor needed to be replaced. The Ventor motor was installed under warranty as present one was recalled. Service tech was quick and efficient. Nice young man..very polite! I'm happy to have the yearly service plan. Paying it monthly is no hardship..and I feel good knowing the major mechanicals in my home are looked after professionally.
