There was some confusion regarding an air filter being included in the service. He inquired immediately and arranged for the filter right away.

water heater replacement the the guys came and noticed right away that replacing the water heater now has to become a high-efficiency power vented instead of natural draft came up with a plan rescheduled basically the next working day and we're back with all the right parts and pieces and made it happen clean up the area a job well done
