Furnace and AC annual maintenance Technician explained the work he was going to perform for the annual checks. He was courteous and efficient in completing the job. Also provided other information regarding humidifier, duct cleaning etc.

New furnace and ac Just purchased a new furnace and air conditioner and it was installed yesterday. Installers Warren and Bill were very professional and knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job and made sure I was comfortable with how everything works. I would definitely recommend them. New system has only been running one day, but working great so far. Thank you.

Pleased with new furnace and AC Had a new furnace and AC installed in fall 2016 after my AC stopped working and system was 20+ years old. Installer was helpful, accommodating with the install and working within the limitations of my condo rules. Made two install trips, one to get the AC back up and running, and a second one to finish venting the furnace after signoff from the condo corp. Also had service visit from James who provided helpful feedback on maintenance and was right on time for the service window provided.

Well done My 19 year old furnace worked fine during the day at 21 C degree but at night when set at 19 stopped working. On minus 25 outside I had to call service who originally installed furnace but they couldn't find what was wrong. Air One found the problem right away. However I decided to buy new double stage York furnace and air conditioner. Several dealers gave me a quotes but Air One was unbeatable. Installation took only one day and was carefully done. Great work !

Furnace service In spite of a few issues I really recommand AireOne to anyone. They did a really good job replacing the board on my York furnace in November 9 when outside were like -10 Celcius degrees and it eas almost 11:00 pm.

Furnace We have a monthly plan that covers our furnace, air conditioner and fireplace. The seasonal service is part of this contract. Yesterday, the technician came to service the furnace. He spent about an hour and a half doing what he had to do. When he was finished, he explained everything to me and my husband. We were very satisfied with his work and explanations.
