Kitchener Utilities 40 Gallon Hot Water Heater Installation I just had a new Kitchener Utilities hot water heater installed by Aire One Heating and Cooling KW.. The installers showed up on time and were professional. The water heater installation was no charge, but there was an additional $50 charge to replace the old water shutoff valves as they leaked once they were turned and an old copper fitting. Everything went as expected and I am very satisfied with the installation and service performed today. Tim

maintenance James arrived right on time, knew exactly what he was doing re checking the air conditioner for its annual maintenance. He was very polite and even took his shoes off before coming into the house. I was very pleased with his service and strongly recommend him.

Furnace repair I called at 9:45am to get help for a non-functioning furnace and Sean arrived within the hour to take a look. He quickly determine the problem but was not able to fix it on the spot so he called in the work order and thought that someone would return tomorrow. I was happy to receive a call shortly after he left that someone would be back right away to complete the work. Laura made the necessary fix quickly and less than 3 hours after my initial call, my furnace is back up and running. Great service!

Great service The service call was to install a humidifier in the forced air system and to do mainenance of furnace. The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything I needed to know was explained clearly. Great communication and workmanship. We have noticed a difference in air quality after just one day.
