Great I thought it was great service and great value. Everything was reviewed with us in detail. Options were provided, such as cost vs efficiency, etc. Government and other incentives were explained.

Service - Furnace I called Aire One because I was hearing a rattle when the furnace, which was purchased and installed by Aire One this year in April, was running. A service man arrived today. He was very efficient, courteous, and friendly. He checked the furnace completely, assured me that everything was working perfectly and if I heard the rattle again I should call Aire One back. furnace & a/c replaced I recently purchased a new house (which was inspected by an inspector). Some things had already failed so I got an inspection by Aire One for the furnace & a/c. My furnace was condemned as a fire hazard (so much for home inspectors) and the a/c was smoking. I then replaced the furnace and a/c units. Great service and also quick. I feel safe now and got some incentives for this new purchase. I would recommend Aire One !!!

Thank you for the review. Home inspectors are not qualified gas techs so they just do a visual evaluation of the furnace and a/c. Good thing you thought about your safety and invited a gas technician to check it up. The 10 year extended warranty combined with the government rebates made your purchase...a little less painful.
New Furnace and AC unit Mike gave us an overview of the products we were interested in, he is extremely knowledgeable of the products. Knowing that this was not the way we normally make large purchases, he was very understanding and patient with us. The installers were great. They were very conscientious about cleaning up prior their departure. Lewis came to give the furnace a slight tweak. He was also very knowledgeable and took care of the problem in a very efficient and timely matter.

New Furnace and AC install We had our new Furnace and AC units installed within 48h we had the salesperson come in and provide us a quote. The techs came in and went right to work. We are so happy with our products and the excellent customer service we received.

Furnace Our furnace broke Tuesday night, we had a quote from Air One on Wednesday and the furnace was installed on Thursday. Everyone that came to our home was very helpful and polite. We will continue to use Air One and recommend them to our friends. Kitchener, Ontario

new Furnace/AC & Installation Got my quote from Mike at AireOne KW- added up the rebates/incentives and decided to update my systems. Furnace and AC replacement We have moved to the new home which had 12 years old furnace and AC. Since we started to have issues with AC we decided to look for the replacement. Aire One quickly responded to our call and sent technician to fix AC while we were waiting for the quote. Provided quote was competitive. Cost of AC repair then was deducted from replacement cost.
