Furnace and AC replacement We have moved to the new home which had 12 years old furnace and AC. Since we started to have issues with AC we decided to look for the replacement. Aire One quickly responded to our call and sent technician to fix AC while we were waiting for the quote. Provided quote was competitive. Cost of AC repair then was deducted from replacement cost. New furnace and air conditioner Air conditioner and furnace quit, AireOne, within days, replaced our unit. What a difference. Our condo now has even temperatures, smooth quiet running and so far, less dust accumulating on surfaces. Thanks so much.

New Furnace It all started with the gentleman (James) who did a service check. He went above and beyond to explain everything, and then arranged to have a salesman (Matt) attend ASAP, who then explained everything and answered all of our questions. The installers (sorry I can't remember their names)were here 1/ hour early and did a great job. The Energy Advisor (Owen) came later this afternoon and took his time to explain. AC and Furnace Purchase and Installation Previous AC and furnace units were quickly and efficiently removed and new ones installed in a very professional manner. Both units are working well, after an excellent information session with the chief installer. We were also told about various refunds for which we qualified, and two have already been received.

Annual Maintenance aggreement Aire One onsite at the time promised. Tech reviewed what was being done and asked a couple of questions as per any issues and than proceeded to do his job. Took his time not a rush job as seen before.

New central air conditioner. The Aire One team worked together for my new A/C! In September, Kory said I needed to replace my old 25 years+ A/C, Matt sold me my new one, and in October, Eric and Nelson installed it. Everyone concerned at Aire One did an excellent service! Miklos

Thermostat A/C was not working, called Aire One and had a technician come out the next day to diagnose, checked out the A/C unit, was ok, next checked the thermostat, was found to be faulty, asked for price on a new one, was $750.00 plus tax installed (Carrier Infinity System), called around, Aire One had the lowest price in the region, could not use any other thermostat so had it installed the next day, when it was all finished he went out of his way to check the a/c pressures outside to see how the system was working, and ... read more

Aire One Excellent Company for Furnace/AC After interviewing six different companies, we decided to work with Mike Z. at Aire One Heating and Cooling in Kitchener. Mike was thorough, honest, and very knowledgeable about his products and his industry as a whole. His install team was excellent, and we now have heat again! Thanks Mike!
