service The service man was quite nice but unintentionally had me thinking i should by a new air conditioner. I was quite upset at the time but came to an understanding with management on the phone. Through the years I have been told different things, such as warranty is up when it wasn't and had paid for repair before realizing it was still under warranty after all. The service men have always been very nice but I feel that they have been misinformed at times.

Thermostat/Furnace Repair I was super impressed with the speedy and excellent service provided by Cyrus and Chris to repair my thermostat and get my furnace going again. I called for a repair service around 9:00 pm and Cyrus was at my door within a half hour. Wow! Talk about a fast response. Although he did not have the part needed immediately onhand he was able to get my furnace going to provide me with heat until Chris was able to come first thing the next morning to install and hook up my new thermostat to my furnace. project air conditioner,furnace and water heater my air conditioner went on the fritz and i called aire one to come take a look at it.....they told me it was a very old unit and that it would be better just to replace it,,,,i knew my furnace and water heater were also pretty old and since there was some good rebates with these products i decided to replace them all at the same time....these ppl were very professional and cleaned up real nice after....they also answered all of my questions about everything which i liked....gr... read more

furance we needed a new furnace, the men that installed it did a very good job considering the furnace that was to be installed did not fit and they arranged for the proper one. If we have any reservations about this company it would be the original contact .

New furnace and air conditioner The salesman was very convincing. The receptionist provided relevant information, politely and thoughtfully. The installers were caring enough to lay down tarps, were polite and hard workers, especially in the thirty plus degree heat.

new Air Conditioner unit - one day service! After deciding I couldn't take this heat wave any longer and needed to replace my old AC unit, I sent an inquiry online to Aire One at 8:30 AM. By 10 AM I had a phone call in response. By 1:00 PM, three guys were at my door, ready to install a new unit. By 3:30 the same day, the unit was on and cooling my house! They were all friendly and professional. I am very impressed with the one day service!

Humidifier We purchased a humidifier for our furnace and Aire One was great to work with. They showed up early, installation was done in an hour and they explained to us how it worked and how to use it.
