Service This was our 2nd annual furnace tune-up & maintenance. Was pleased that this year the service tech took time to make sure we were happy with the way our unit was running. Made some adjustments for better airflow to reach top floor of the house. Mentioned this concern to the Aire One installers & techs in the past basically gAve us the brush off, told us that's just the way it is & nothing could be done. HIghly recommend Aire One!! I recently had Aire One install a furnace, hot water tank and gas line and could not be more please with their service, in particular Mike Zuliani. New Furnace and AC Great Product! Excellent workmanship! No Mess, and Fantastic customer service! Furnace and central air conditioning installed exactly when scheduled, and perform exactly as stated when quoted. All three floors of our house are the perfect temperature! Really enjoying it with the heatwave we've been getting this summer. Dear Lisa, we thank you for calling Aire One when finding out you had a CO leak. These leaks are very dangerous as they are odourless. Mike has been a consultant with Aireone for over 10 years now, so he knows this industry in and out.
New Furnace Installation workers did a quick and efficient job. When rebate inspector came, he detected a faint gas smell which they came back for and fixed at no cost. Was disappointed upon initial consultation/visit that I was charged for an $80 service call despite not being told about the fee over the phone, this was credited off of my furnace purchase price but only because I bought with them.

Furnace and Air Conditionner replacement and installation From sales to installation and office personnel, everyone was very professional. Installation took 2 days as there were some modifications to be made to the previous set-up, including putting in a cold air return in the basement. Site was left very clean. Very satisfied.

furnace and air conditioner Air conditioner broke down late in the day. We called Aire One and they came that night. Service was completed the next day. They installed new furnace and air conditioner. No Problems , cleaned up, very friendly and completely satisfied. We would recommend Aire One to anyone that needs their service
