Car was 200 miles out of warrantee, and it was leaking oil in the front end. Since this is my second leased Chrysler 300 in 6 years I had hoped that it would still be 100% covered. Unfortunately I still had to pay $100. Is this what is referred to as planned obsolesence? Now I'll have to think twice before I lease another 300. I believe that the service advisor was as helpful as he could be , given the circumstances.

Service has been frustrating so far. I have on 2 occasions used the online service request form and both times it has failed. I have received confirmation of my request, so I know I filled the forms out right. I drive from Tucson to Phoenix to get the service done because I was really impressed with the sales portion of the dealership during the purchase of my vehicle. This usually results in a hotel stay for one night. The 1st service appointment, when I showed up I was told they couldn't find my reservation in the system. ... read more

I scheduled an appointment to have my Dodge Ram 3500 serviced prior to departing on an 1,100 mile trip. Paul Guthart, the service advisor indicated the work would be completed by the end of the day. I called later that day to check on the status and Paul indicated my truck had not been looked at and they would have to keep it overnight to work on it the following day. He gave no indication at my arrival time that there could possibly be any delay. He said they got busy and couldn't get to it. I made an appointment to avoid t... read more

Nathan was not even aware of the damage to the vehicle we were interested in. He worked with us and we decided to still purchase the vehicle with the understanding that the dealership would replace the front bumper. Additionally the car did not come with a manual and Nathan claimed that he was working on getting one for it. Nathan seemed like your typical car salesman who was only interested in the sale rather than customer satisfaction. The gentleman who explained the financing, however, was the most pleasant and thorough p... read more

I have a long relationship with your dealership for both sales and service. Just this past Saturday, I had an 8:30 appointment (that was made well in advance) for a simple oil and filter change on my 2008 Grand Cherokee. My daughter took the GC in for me on Saturday, and she made sure that they knew we had an 8:30 appointment. They made her wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil and filter change. If that had been me that had been forced to wait that long, I would have certainly gone looking for the General Manager of the deal... read more

The service performed on my vehicle did not fix the issue. In addition, the vehicle was returned in worse condition! The dealership left the car on and drained 1/2 my tank of gas and my starter battery. I don't & won't know if they did unrepairable damage to my Hybrid batteries- I'm stuck at their mercy. They had to jump the car in order for me to take it home (it's 6 month old); it didn't start once I got it home and since I didn't have another vehicle there to jump it, I was stuck! I brought in the car to fix a chronic pro... read more

I received the absolute worst service from Earnhardt here in AZ on Arizona Avenue. All I needed was a new battery and a new tail light cover ($100.00 decuctible as required by my service contract). I was told that the process would take only a few hours, yet they had to keep it the whole day and over night. The charges came to $342.00: I paid for the battery and was charged $187,oo for labor and a misc. charge of @117.66 ( for what I know not, because they failed, even after my request, to clearly itemize the exact charges f... read more

We leased a new Jeep Wrangler on June 13th, and I have to say that Steve Gallo was probably the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. He was extremely pushy and a tad rude when we didn't want to pay the price he was asking. He called himself "Mr. Customer Service" (which he was not), and told us that he "had to feed his children" when we did not want to make the deal that he wanted us to make. In a nutshell, mid-deal he informed us that the vehicle we were leasing as a NEW vehicle h... read more
