If I could give 0 stars I would. I have purchased many cars and this was the worst experience ever. First I was quoted a lease with the wrong rate. Woops the monthly payment went up. Next I was told $20,000 was the max down payment, the lease payment went up. Finally, the dealer called to tell me that they quoted the wrong deal on my old lease. It was not flat, I owed $5,000. Funny dealership. Purchased a 18" Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT on 2/4/21. Car was sold with an unsatisfied lien from Chrysler Capital. It is illegal to sell a car with a lien on it. A month later lien still has not been removed. Car has not and cannot be registered. I traded 2 cars and both cars have been sold and registered to new customers. I"m in the process of filing a title complaint with ADOT's office of inspector general. Leased a Jeep Wrangler...John Martinez was very professional and helpful...What impressed me most was his honesty… If he did not know the answer to my question he would say so, and then would go find me my answer.

First off, this is the only negative review that I've ever written in my life. After spending two days working out a deal on a used Dodge Durango, we came to a mutually agreeable price (over the phone) and they ran and approved my credit. Took my vehicle in for a transmission flush. Someone added 5 qts of oil to the engine. On top of what was already there. Almost ruined my engine. They totally denied any responsibility. Noticed other reviews said to call the GM -Glen. Called him twice and he never called me back. NEVER trust your vehicle to them.

Ethan is terrible....If I could give 0 stars I would. I supposedly got approved. Was told they would drop it off at 9am since I didn't have a way there n they said it was no problem. Days go by n nothing. I contacted them no reply. 2 weeks later still nothing. How can u tell someone they're approved and we"re dropping off the car n then not contact them. I even put insurance on it because they told me I had to. The worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Can't get anyone to even call me back. Had discussion about vehicle, salesman said he'd send me a text w/ info shortly, but never did. Then called back next day with very reasonable offer with cash in hand. Chris says he'll call me right back. Never did. Didn't get a yes/no or even counter offer. I guess these guys don't want to sell vehicles. Would look elsewhere unless you like wasting your time. Lots of other dealerships around.

Very disappointed with Airpark Jeep. Had a service appointment with Derrick today, for multiple ongoing issues concerning my backup sensors. Airpark rotated my 5 tires which caused the back sensors to continuously tone. The problem didn’t occur until I brought my JL to Airpark for an oil change and tire rotation. Following the tire rotation, the sensors toned whenever the JL was in reverse. I spend time and money in securing a Nissan Xterra from Devin only to be called back by someone else who stated they had just sold the Xterra. They had already run my deposit of $1000 through and set up my appointment to pick up the Xterra the next day. Very unethical!!
