Bought a used 2005 jeep cheroke about 2 months ago, sales experience was not too bad, but service center at this dealer was a knightmare. Terriber Service! Brought my car in for an oil change 3 months ago, and told them to look at my brakes their is a loud squeaking noise coming from the brakes. When i picked my car back up from the oil changed, they told me my brakes where fine and its just the dust built-up and there is nothing to worry about. It was the worst experience ever. I called in well ahead to reserve an appointment for the 100,000 mile service on my 2006 Jeep Liberty Diesel CRD - including new timing belt - clearly stated at the onset - and when I arrived I was shuttled off quickly amongst a throng of people there at 8:00 in the am. The order ticket wasn't even written up right - it said "90k inspection" - not the 100k SERVICE AND TIMING BELT I REQUESTED - among other specifics I itemized and wanted done that day - the only day I had off that week! it seems to me wrong, when I report a noise on the front, one can tell me that it costs $ 115 to check, knowing that the magnum is a recognized vulnerability. I did change my battery, battery terminals have not even been changed. In the revisions, the checkpoints are not made: lack of water in the radiator, pressure tires ect, ect ...
Aaron Baez has been wonderful and has always had his best foot forward in assisting. My answer for over all experience as bad - is simply because this last visit rendered an expected wait time that was by far ridiculous. The two hours expressed time, stretched into ten hours (dropped off at 7 a.m. - picked up at 5:00 p.m.) A little adjusting and everyone is again good to go... thanks for asking for the feed back...
MY JEEP WAS SERVICED ON 6/1/11 FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC LIGHT COMING ON. THE 30,000 MILE CHECK UP WAS DONE ALSO. TONIGHT 6/2 THE BRAKES ARE SQUEALING WHEN I BRAKE. I NOW HAVE TO BRING THE JEEP BACK IN. I was mislead with my extended warranty. I had problem with my glass since I bought it. They were aware of the problem and they said that it was not cover when I was told with this warranty the covertible part will be cover. The first time I take my car to get service I was over charged for a oil change. They charged my $906 making my checking account negative. Although, my overall experience in working with Gregg Gayan, my Salesman, was very pleasant, my experience with the Parts Dept. was not. I called to order an extra key for my 2010 Jeep Compass, which I had just purchased a few days prior, I was told that a key was in stock, but programming the key would take approximately 45 minutes, so I told the Parts Dept. that I would wait to go in to pick up key after lunch. Brought car in for head liner repair got mit back and it was not fixed ! asked to see the manager I was told go ahead . No effort to get the manager or talked to the manager just she is over there. had to leave the car for another 2 days. Very inconvient and a waste of time. All this could have been avoided if the car was inspected prior to calling me and haveing me come out. Service advisors need to inspect the cars before handing them back to the customor.
