UConnect Problems with my new 200!! Everything was fine with Air Park Chrysler. Only problem was Chrysler Corp and their lack of software upgrades to make the UConnect compatiable with my cell phone! Now I have to wait until mid to late April before any new upgrades are available but still no guarantees! Wish I had the phone # of the Chrysler area manager!
We bought a used Jeep 3 weeks ago. We had 2 sales people promise itmes and not follow through, we had 2 managers in the department not care to follow up. We went back to trade in the car to get a different one (three things broke in first 2 weeks with car) and our third salesman never bothered to call us and try to make a deal. I did encounter a question on my Maintenance Contract. My purchase agreement has an EC714N, which your personnel could not find in your description of maintenance contracts. I had a problem when I purchased the car, and reviewed the contract with a new contracts person. The agreement was updated at that time to reflect what I thought I purchased. Aaron was great-I actually asked to be switched to him being my Service Advisor permanently, as I have had nothing but horrible service and attitude from Paul Gerhardt. If I could not have changed, I would of found another dealership. As a professional, I expect to be treated like one and telling me there is a skeleton crew on Saturdays so that I would feel it was my problem to get in, then that he needs his Saturdays off too, etc. I had enough. On February 4th, I went to get my oil changed at Airpark. Everything was fine until I left the dealership. As I drove my car, I noticed my right (passenger side)view mirror was off so I tried fixing it by adjusting the auto buttons however it did not work because it was the encasement that was busted and not the mirror. My only major concern was that my down payment check was cashed before the transaction was complete. I am now in limbo with the banks and will be charged fees for a return check and overdrawing my account. The deal was completed Monday Jan 17 and the check was cashed Friday Jan 14. I had a great sales experience but this is making whole process end on a sour note. I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced on 1/10/11, due to it shaking on occasion. $296.00 later my vehicle still shakes, in fact even worse than before I brought it in for service. Aaron did state that it would probably still shake and recommended I purchase new tires, which are not required at this time per Discount Tires. I feel my time and funds were not well spent. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with Airpark. I will not recommend OR bring any of my vehicles into service at your location. April Schneider
You replaced the windshield wippers on my van. When I turned them on later in the day one of the blades must have been bent as they were hooked together then came apart but when they came back together they got tangled together badly and what a mess. I drove back to your dealership and you repalced them right away. The rating is based on the return visit.
I've complained on almost every visit since 24K about steering wobble at certain speeds. Each time I'm told it is my torn up tire treds (but tred depth still good) and despite being balanced I just need to live with it or get new tires. When I brought it in for my 36K (which is also when my manufacturer warranty was set to expire), I complained about the problem again and how it seems to be getting worse, and got same type of answer answer again.
