I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and grew up around the business. The sales team of Mark, John,Fred and Sales Manager Shaun Griffin at AIRPARK were professional and courteous in every way and made the buying experience very pleasant. As a result, I purchased two vehicles in the past month from AIRPARK and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge product.

I was not able to bring my jeep in myself as I had to work but my friend brought her in for her checkup (my jeep has a personality and a name "Rubi") My rating is based on what she told me about her experience at the dealership. Rubi is my baby and so its a relief to know she is in very capable hands when I have to bring her in for service. Excellent service !!!

Had an oil change, brake fluid change, tire rotation, and wiper replacement. All went as expected and I appreciated the discounts. Customer service and maintenance was great.

Because of Gregory, we changed our decision to purchase a GMC truck to a Dodge. He could not have been more helpful or courteous. We wish all of the sales people were as professional as he was during our visit and his follow up afterward.

The purchase of our new Chrysler 300C, from Air Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep, was a very pleasant experience. By using the Air Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep web site, we knew the model, color, and price range of the vehicle we were looking for, before we went to the dealership. A test drive was scheduled, a fair trade-in was given for our car, the paperwork was signed, and the car was ours. I was referred to Airpark by a friend. My experience with Jason DeMonto (Online sales) was professional and efficient. There was no game playing and I feel I received a great deal on my new Jeep. Some of the other Jeep dealers in Phoenix were slow to respond to emails and did not follow-up. I would highly recommend Airpark Jeep.

Ian's prompt response to our initial inquiry and continuous answers to our many questions helped us feel that we were making the most informed choice we could in our car search. He continued to "care" for us once we had committed and waited thru the lengthy paperwork process. He even went above and beyond by delivering my car to me when I returned to town, we had purchased the vehicle on our way to CA for a business trip.
