Tate went above and beyond in answering all my questions. He even jacked up the car so I could see that the stock jack was high enough to change the tire.
The entire experience from the first contact with Lisa to tracking the order I was always kept in the loop of what was going on with my new car. The car was there when they said it would be. Brian worked with me on financing. I had previous financing but he beat it by a whole percentage point and explained everything to me in detail. Great experience!!
The work was done promptly, we do not have a 2nd car, so that is important. We needed additional work done that would have take several hours. Terry suggested an appointment next week.
The customer service was excellent, I felt very comfortable with my salesman Ian Jones and he was very knowledgable about the car. The price was great along with the overall experience. I was extremely happy with my time there and I know my car will be in good hands when I go in for service. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone based on my experience. Thanks Ian! I traded my Truck for a van. Aaron was very helpfull getting thru the process. Van was able to get were we needed to be and Joe finished up the deal. Other then the time it takes to get thru the process everyone was as friendly as could be. Thanks
