You need to KEEP Mr. Bill Hill around for a awhile, he up front and forthrite when it comes to answering the customers questions. He explains the service what is and is not included and the upfront costs. HE walks you through the documents BEFORE you pay. It's a shame all of your other service writers are not like this.

I arrived at the dealership and was met with knowledgeable and pleasant staff. They directed me to Coye and he with speed and poise handled my sales questions and concerns perfectly. We test drove my favorite car and the deal was done, he handed me off to Fred who was as enthusiastic as any one i have ever met ion the car business. Fred got me processed and out the door with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Coye and his team are worthy of much more praise. Thank you.

I have always received excellent advise from Aaron Baez and great service from your mechanics. Work is completed in a timely fashion. Everyone at your dealership has treated me in a kind and helpful way. Rubicon is returned to me clean and ready to go. Aaron always goes over services performed, asks if I have questions, discusses any future service recommendations. 10% discount was applied and greatly appreciated.

Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately Airpark's numbers did not make sense since the price quoted on a similar vehicle (on a letter that brought me to the dealership) showed a $10,000 discount on a new 300, yet the discount quoted to me was only $6,000??? Additionally, the monthly lease price that I had been paying on the 2008 300 that I have been driving was around $450.00 and the proposed lease price on the similar 2011 (new but one year old) was over $700.00. The internet sales representative Marty was friendly, cooperative and work diligently to get me into a Jeep that I not only liked, but could afford. He understood what I was looking for when i arrived and did not try to upsell me into something that I didn't want, need, or out of my price range. I had an extended wait while dropping my vehicle off for my service appointment. When my vehicle was completed, I was not called as agreed. The first service advisor, Roger, I dealt with seemed stressed and made me a little uncomfortable. However, I had made my appointment with him earlier in the week and he was pleasant and accomodating. I was greeted promptly. I waited briefly for my new service rep David, previously had Paul. Work completed just about 15 minutes longer then estimated, better then my last visit. All in all a positive experience.
