I've had an annoying rattle in the dash of my Jeep Rubicon for a few months which was getting progressively more annoying. I took into the dealer during my service appointment, outlined the noise and the service tech found it and silenced it.
Bill was very accommodating. He called with the estimate of what had to be done and that price was very accurate. The shuttle service was on time and I did not have a lengthy wait.

I enjoyed working only with Lisa on making a deal. I do not like getting double and triple teamed when I go into a dealership. The car I purchased was a leftover 2011 Chrysler 200 Touring model. The vehicle had been sitting on a separate lot for awhile, so it drove horribly the first time I test drove it. The tires felt "squared off" so Lisa had new tires put on it. John and the new car sales manager were both extremely friendly and helpful and if I decide to buy a new car, it will be as a result of their efforts.
