Is it employees that write the good reviews? My dog has been there for 6 hours and still no information about what is going on with him. That staff acts like it no big deal by saying that there are more important emergencies than a dog that just needs a paw bandage. My dog has a puncture wound and the lady on the phone has no information about our dog. Get it together people and know who you are talking to. I would not recommend you to anyone.

No they sent us away because we didn’t have insurance or 1500 ... so they sent us home to watch my dog die.... shame, shame on y’all...

Really shouldn't say you are am "emergency" vet if you are turned away when you have an emergency with your pat because you didn't schedule an appointment!!! And if you don't want people walking into your building then post an employee OUTSIDE to help people ... when there is an emergency with your pet who would think to get online and schedule an appointment for days later!!!!! Sad the way you run your business

I completely understand the higher costs and I have no issue with that. Everyone I talked to came across as very friendly. The main reason for the non-recommendation is because they don't actually care. They were slow to see him, there was an issue with the online checkin form and my phone number was wrong, and they said they tried to call, obviously I wouldnt get that message or notification. I took my yorkie there and because i didn't have 2500 in hand they wanted to put her to sleep! this place only cares about money. she is a perfectly healthy dog that needed help getting a baby out of her birth canal they wanted to kill her because i didn't have 2500 even under the pandemic situation i got no sympathy. the next place i took her to said don't worry about the money lets get her taken care of and now she is in recovery and good as new.this facility and the people that work there are terrible people and i don't k... read more

I took my cat Monty and I think they didn’t give him porpre care. He die. Don’t take your fur baby there.
