RecommendedI cannot say enough about Dr Achinberger and the team at this emergency hospital. They literally saved the life of our eight week old puppy, who had been misdiagnosed at Banfield and was near death. Their kindness, caring, and compassion will never be forgotten. I thank God every day for their skill, knowledge, and compassion.

From the get go , i was welcomed with friendly , compasionate and knowledgeable staff . Dr Aschenberg saved my puppy's life and Dr Laevasseur assisted in his care . We've been coming here for at least 5 years. You've seen 5 of our animals, and usually the experience is nothing but incredible. This time, we were transparent about our financial situation, and told you we are going through the hardest time financially. In the past we've probably spent close to 10 grand on all our pets. Our dog had a brown recluse bite. He definitely needed surgery, but he did NOT need to be cut all the way open to the point he was barely able to be patched together! Even our Vet was absolutely shocked at what they did to our poor Buster!!! What was done to him was inhumane and unnecessary! The ONLY reason we went to this hospital was because it was a Sunday! I will be shouting from the rooftops that no one should use this place!

I never write reviews on places. “MY EXPRESS WITH THIS FACILITY AND STAFF” WHY DIDN’T YALL SEE THE BLOOD IN THE LUNGS AT FIRST? Why didn’t y’all perform something to take the pressure off the lungs? Why every time the vets kept coming back they kept saying they didn’t know what was wrong for like 3HRS? But this place is the worst place to bring your pet. We brought a kitten in Tuesday that I had bumped with my car. She was a stray, but bc I hit her, I felt responsible for her. I paid over $1000 that evening. Supposedly she would be worked on once pmt was made. Nothing overnight. No call Wednesday, so I had to call them. It turns out they STILL had not worked on this poor kitten bc “other patients” came in. I paid $1000+-she IS a patient.
