Al is very straightforward, real, and fast. He started our loan application, explained everything in a way we understood, and walked us though all the steps. We were ready to close in less then 30 days! We are extremely happy we had a chance to work w Al.

I must say that Alfonso and his team made buying a new home such a pleasure. As a 1st time home buyer there was alot of fear and anxiety going in to the process of buying a home. The homebuying process can be difficult at times, Al, and everyone at prime lending were true professionals, we closed in about 3 weeks. They made the process smooth and painless!!
