The thing that got my attention the most was how Al was always there. He would call me on Sunday to discuss a question, or even after I sent an email, I heard back from him within minutes. There was never any downtime with Al. If I had a question, he was there. Additionally, Al and his partners knew how to break down everything into terms a lay person can understand. I truly appreciate all his hard work and communication.

Alfonso was "always" available to answer any questions we had and was very patient in the long process as we found the right home. He went above and beyond to check in and make sure we had everything that we needed, and understood the process. It was a lot easier than I expected and they walked me through the whole process. AL was nothing short of extraordinary (and I don't just use that word every day loosely). It was like watching a commercial, you go to a home improvement store, there is a very friendly helpful associate there to answer all your questions and gets you on your way with what you need.
