This was our second time working with Al and it was just as easy as the first time if not easier. Al kept in contact whether by email or phone letting us know how each step of the process was going and letting us know ahead of time what to expect and any additional items we would need down the road so there were no surprises. I recommend Al all the time and would contact him for any future needs!

the service provided by Mr. Alfonso Esposito was great. I talked to him on the phone on a tuesday night and explained a bad experience we had with the bank that was being our lender, he asked my husband and I to go to his office next day which we did. We were and felt welcomed, (we even got a cup of coffee) we sat with one of his employees which took all the papers and we left 3 hours after with the hope that it will work out. Al and his team were great to work with. Their knowledge, attention to detail, follow ups throughout the process made the process seamless for us. Most of all I admired Al’s customer focus. You don’t see this type of customer focus and dedication to service these days. Real treat and pleasure to work with. I know who to call next time I am looking for a mortgage solution.
