My husband and me were 1st time home buyer , didn’t have clue how or where to start Al made our buying house process look extremely easy, always reachable answering questions and giving us advice and what to do and what not do to . Mr Esposito was very responsive to all our questions. We were extremely impressed with the turnaround and how quickly the closing date was scheduled, less than 3 weeks!!! Each step of the process, Al would check in with us to let us know what is going on, what it means and what comes next. He was very prompt and professional in responding to our questions, as well as letting us know what we needed to do on our end for this process to go smooth. Overall, this process felt seamless and I think a lot of that had to do with Al and his team.

We came to Alfonso after our other mortgage lender left us stranded without approval for a loan just days out from our planned closing date. Alfonso and his team provided a high level of customer service. Alfonso had my pre-approval completed quickly and worked with me every step of the way from pre-approval through loan application. My loan is still in progress due to my closing being delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. Alfonso and his team have been in contact with me every step of the way to make sure we are able to have a smooth closing once a date is scheduled.
