Alfonso and team were very attentive, informative and helpful. There was a lot of back and forth to get all the documents necessary but they always had patience with us, specially in answering all of our questions.

Al is there for you every step of the way. He was never unavailable or too busy for us. He made us feel like we were his only client and working with him was the easiest part of the entire process. He is honest, upfront, and willing to help in any way he can. As first time home buyers who knew very little about the process and needed some serious hand holding I couldn't think of anyone I'd rather work with than Al Esposito. The only thing I am going to miss about the home buying process is frequently working with Al.

I cannot recommend Al & his team enough. Al, Karen, Evan and the rest of the team made our home purchase a breeze. Al made our home refinance a breeze. We originally went with a “big name company” thinking a big lender would be a better and easier process we couldn’t have been more wrong. I originally was “pre-qualified” with another lender and once my wife and I found a house we loved they suddenly told us they couldn’t help us with a mortgage. We contacted Alfonso, who was referred to us by a friend. What a different experience we had. Alfonso clearly communicated throughout the process and set clear and proper expectations so that we knew what was happening at all times during the loan process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
