Al was professional, experienced, and left my wife and I feeling very comfortable with the daunting process of purchasing a home. Al was personable and very responsive with all stages of the process. Al and his team at Prime Lending made my home buying process very easy for me. They kept me updated every step of the way with phone calls and emails. Al was available to answer all questions i had and went over the whole application page by page. They made the whole process painless and stuck to the closing date and everything went smoothly. We spoke with agents from several lenders and Al was the most helpful of the bunch. Being fist-time buyers and myself always weary of any salesperson, it took sometime to decide. He answered every single question we had and provided more info beyond that too. We made the right choice. Al and his team worked hard to make sure we understood everything and walked us through the process at each stage.

Al Esposito was excellent and I would highly recommend him and Prime Lending to others. Al is a great guy and was on top of everything throughout the entire mortgage process, clearly explaining any and everything. He made us feel comfortable every step of the way and was extremely flexible in terms of expediting and accelerating the process. There were no hidden or incremental fees and all costs were very direct and upfront at competitive rates.

My husband and I were making our first home purchase. We used Al as our mortgage broker and he gave first class service from start to end. He guided us through the whole process, answering our many questions and pretty much holding our hands through the entire process. I would only use Al in the future and recommend him to anyone who is in need of a mortgage!

Not sure what to ask, or why money is going here or there? He'll sit down with you and boil things down into layman's terms to ensure your happiness and understanding. Al Esposito was a very reliable lender. He was prompt in getting back to me and on point with everything needed to keep things moving. He was also very up front and honest as well as friendly. I did not close on time but it was no fault of Al's, in fact, my loan was ready with he commitment two weeks almost before it was required.
