We found a property and the closing date was 45 days after the offer was accepted. Al helped us through the process and even came in early to work on our file. Definitely made the process less stressful.

Al and his team at Prime Lending made my home buying process very easy for me. They kept me updated every step of the way with phone calls and emails. We spoke with agents from several lenders and Al was the most helpful of the bunch. Being fist-time buyers and myself always weary of any salesperson, it took sometime to decide. He answered every single question we had and provided more info beyond that too. We made the right choice. Al and his team worked hard to make sure we understood everything and walked us through the process at each stage.

Al Esposito was excellent and I would highly recommend him and Prime Lending to others. Al is a great guy and was on top of everything throughout the entire mortgage process, clearly explaining any and everything. He made us feel comfortable every step of the way and was extremely flexible in terms of expediting and accelerating the process. There were no hidden or incremental fees and all costs were very direct and upfront at competitive rates.

My husband and I were making our first home purchase. We used Al as our mortgage broker and he gave first class service from start to end. He guided us through the whole process, answering our many questions and pretty much holding our hands through the entire process. I would only use Al in the future and recommend him to anyone who is in need of a mortgage!
