Barbara was very rude! I tried calling a week in advance to figure out my estimate and Barbra kept telling me they could only do it a day before. Also, Barbara interrupted me the whole time i tried talking to her and rudely put me on hold mid sentence. I work at a surgery center and I’ve never heard of this. Then they couldn’t figure out my insurance the day before my surgery… Seems like doing it a week ago would’ve saved a lot of stress from both parties. Very good. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable. All procedures explained completely. Dr. Smith is top shelf and on his game.

The office staff/nurses are very professional. They make you feel at ease and comfortable before and after surgery. Dr Holmes explained to me what he was going to do so I could understand more about the procedure. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
