My 83 year old mother used this vet. She had a difficult time understanding what the vet was telling her about her 1 year old cat, which was incredibly sick and near death. She wanted my wife (a human doctor) to speak to the vet so that she could properly treat her sick cat. This started on a Monday morning. I booked an appointment last week. I was to be a new patient for my dog having tooth pain. I had them forward my dog's records from the our doctor which is out of town. I was informed I would have to park at the office and call for the doctor to come out and take my dog in for examination. Reluctantly, I did. Taken my 10 year old toy poodle to Dr. Lee. Purpose of the visit was to set up a baseline with my dog and also prescribe heartwarming medication and flea medicine and any other things that came along after the visit in his mouth. Treatment plan was quite costly so I have opted to bring my dog back after I think about it. First time writing a disappointing review. Usually I want to give small business the benefit of the doubt. On two occasions we called alamo Vet for an appointment because each time our dogs were in distress. First time it was 5:30 pm and they told us to take her to sage since they are closing at 6:00, note we are five minutes away ( sorry they were going to be a little late for dinner), second time ,yesterday we called at 8:30 am, our dog was having breathing difficulties and we were told they couldn't see him until Wednes... read more

It's difficult to write too much detail without divulging who I am!! Why? Because Mr Mangold has a vicious temper!!! Please please don't take any pets animals to him. His knowledge low. Patience none. I took my beloved cat to him. She barely survived the experience. Many days and dollars later and after getting a second opinion, she's now on the mend!!! Choose another vet!! There's so many other good vets!! Go to Sexton , right by !!! Please listen!!!

WOW. What a disappointment. Price was through the roof and they kept me waiting 15 minutes in the waiting room. No one was in the place and all I could hear was the staff laughing and carrying on as I sit and wait for 15 minutes. Dr. Suzanne Lee is creepy fake. She comes in with a very fake and strange energy. Seems way overly nice - creepy for sure! Shop around, there are lots of options in the area.

i only rate it 1 star because it's not possible to rate it lower. They are absolutely priced out of the market I went for a sore on the neck of my dog. They shaved the area and gave medicine for me to give and it was $210. This is extravagant. And because there are no regulations for vets as to the price they bill, I will never darken their door again.
