Love the restaurant never had an issue before but never used grub hub before
Food arrived ice cold with congealed sauce. Chips were oily. Driver said my gate code isn’t in the app but I see it there. Frustrated with poor deliveries from Grubhub lately and considering cancelling my yearly subscription. Very disappointed.
The food is very poor quality
Ordered refried beans, received black beans. Ordered full panchos, received half. Ordered fajita dinner, received sizzling fajitas. Regular size queso smaller than normal, price higher. No utensils.
Have eaten in and had take out from here, but portion size was very small. Green beans were too salty. Food temperature wasn't hot because delivery was late
My instructions say to leave food on the table on my porch. Food was left on the ground.
I ordered at 1:07. My scheduled delivery time was 1:50. I looked up my driver @1:50 and their icon was across town from the restaurant where they hadn't picked up my food yet. Then after picking up my food, they went somewhere else first in the opposite direction of my house from the restaurant. My food arrived 30 minutes late and it was cold. Alamo cafe did not include ranch dressing for salad. There was no salsa included at all. And no jalapeño’s were included for the nachos.
First time I ordered my tacos were small portioned. This order didn’t come with any guacamole or pico de gallo. So lame…
