I placed the order at 1900 and the app said it would be ready in about 30 min for curb side pickup. I went to pick up the order and the attendant took my name and I began to wait. 1 hour goes by and I’m still waiting. No one seems to care that I’m still there so I ended up calling the store number at the 1 1/2 hour mark. They said they would be right out with my order. And they did. It took almost 2 hours, food was cold, and 3 things were left off. I won’t order from Alamo Cafe again.
The food was cold and missing pico de gallo
Usually good food, but best to be eaten there.
Food was cold. Order was wrong
As a result of driver being late, food was cold and soggy. Ordered a large soup and small delivered, ordered brisket plate and received a taco, puffy taco was more a cold salad. Instead of a hot Puffy Taco, I received a large serving of lettuce on top of a soggy wet corn tortilla and chicken portion was very small.
1st there was a hair in my food. 2nd my drink was forgotten. 3rd food was cold
Food cold, stale chips, tortillas, and meat in taco not edible. Second time this happened. Won't eat there again or Order take out. Sad. Place used to be great
Although I like Alamo cafe’s food & order from here frequently tonight’s meal contained barely enough chicken for one fajita taco & the extra guacamole I ordered just was not there. Nonetheless it tasted great.
