Chimichanga was made with chicken instead of beef. Tortilla soup was missing all the toppings.
They didn't include the sides or the utensils. The food wasn't prepared correctly
Food arrived cold. Fries were bland and stale. Refried beans were cold and rice was without flavor.
Food was ok. Very cold. I'm have an issue with billing. I wanted to use my gift card but it didn't give me an option. I would like my credit card refunded and use my gift card balance for payment. I've gotten no response from customer service
The order was over an hour late, so I picked it up myself. I should get a discount at least.
Food was over 20 minutes late and Luke warm at best. Queso had a very grainy texture to it. Rather disappointing
They didn't get it right
Slow wrong food
I ordered two soups. The chicken tortilla and the poblano soup. The chicken tortilla was made with roasted salsa which was very odd and spicy. The poblano soup had good flavor to it but was even spicier.
