Driver delivered incorrect order from another restaurant
The food was delivered much later than first promised. The chulupas were turned upside down in a bag. Order was left on porch. Did not ring doorbell.
The kitchen lost the ticket so it was an extra 25 minute wait for queso, tortillas and a kid's meal.
The tacos for success, I could not even bite them. And they were cold. The containers that Alamo Café Paxton food in are almost impossible to get into. I’ve been eating at Alamo Café since they opened up on San Pedro lots and lots of years ago in the old jeep motor place. I think I’m about done with them.
Driver did not send message to let me know that food was delivered. Food was left in alley at garage door and not at front door. Weird.
Wrong order entirely. I love ordering, but it isn't worth it when you don't get the right order. Ordering food like this is too expensive for these types of mistakes. If people are paying this much extra for a delivery service, they should be that much extra careful when dropping off the food. I don't know if the driver picked up the wrong order from the restaurant, the restaurant gave the wrong order, or the driver had multiple orders in their car and gave the wrong one....
