I understand that having food delivered it can arrive cold. No problem. I can reheat in the microwave. But the food was NOT good. Everything had a burnt taste, including the beans, the chips and the entrés. Very disappointed.
The driver delivered my food to the wrong address, probably his brother’s house. Then GrubHub agreed to refund only 50% of my money. After an impassioned plea with the Grubhub rep, they agreed to fully refund the order that I never received. I’d be willing to bet Richard is still driving for them, delivering orders to the wrong address. I don’t blame GrubHub, I don’t blame Alamo Cafe...I blame Richard. If you’re out there Richard, where’s my f’ing food?!

My Grub Hub driver Richard kept my food. Alamo Cafe was great, food was good after I had to reorder my food and decided to pick it up myself.
We've never had our order correct
Entire order was wrong we got someone else’s food. Alamo Cafe refunded the money, refused to send out the correct order. Very disappointed we were looking forward to our order!
My order was to be half chicken half meat received only meat. The meat and grilled vegetables were cold. I'll never do this again especially for the amount of money I spent.
I ordered a dozen tortillas that I didn’t receive. Very disappointing.
