Wrong order delivered from Alamo Cafe 2nd time this has happened to us in 2 weeks. Last time was an order from Maars Pizza. Today we tried to call the driver but the call was not answered. Instead of chicken fried chicken & chicken fried steak, we received one dry fajita taco & 2 chicken flautas with rice. Please refund our order. We reordered directly from Alamo Cafe & my husband has gone to pick it up himself. Attention to Detail, Grubhub!
missing several items including my child's dinner. bag wasn't packed well and / or driver didn't care because my soup spilled out in the bag. Bad experience with driver and restaurant
They were in no way prepared. NO WAY.
This order took three hours to be delivered. I tried to cancel order, our driver said we had to use the app for that, there was not a way to cancel. Our food was cold and mushy and the guacamole was turning brown. When I placed the order at 5:18 pm, said delivery was 6:05 to 6:15. Called driver when app said it was delayed two more times and she said she is still waiting for it to be filled, which I think was not true because the food was cold. I would like a full refund on this order please.
Took an 1.5 hours longer than it told me when I ordered. Never received a coupon code even tho somebody texted me saying they were giving me one. Everything in my order was 100% cold . Never ordering with you guys again
The driver gave me the wrong order. I tried to call him back twice, he declined the call. So I texted him and he replied that he was given the order but was instructed not to check it. I had to take it back myself. My problem is with the delivery driver not the restuarant.
