No one replies to Chat customer support. You can't talk to anyone on the phone because the automated message says to use chat after you make it through support, which no one responds to chat. You closed all your physical stores. I cancelled my landline with ACS in March of 2023. Surprisingly, in July of 2023, the company charged my credit card $463 out of the blue(it turns our erroneously). When you cease doing business with this company, be sure and have all credit card information deleted. Otherwise, they may do the same thing to you that they did to me.
