I had an appointment and the salesman called me several I had an appointment and the salesman called me several times throughout the course of the day to make sure that I would make it, but wasn't pushy with it. Dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. The car that I wanted was warmed up and ready to test drive when I got there and the entire process was quick and easy.
