Purchased a Volvo XC90. Angelina was our sales specialist for the purchase of the Volvo. She was amazing and provided great customer service. The car buying process was smooth and easy at Alderman.
Great automobile, less than perfect service Purchased a low mileage 2019 Lexus ES350 and all went well with the purchase and auto was in perfect condition. Only problem is when the salesperson was out sick for a day and purchase process was delayed approx. 5 days. Overall a good experieience.
Bought a car from some very friendly people!!! Angelina was super nice and made the process fun. I am so happy with my new to me Benz. As a relocated buyer they were very easy to work with.

Self Employed We purchased a car with our daughter that was very nice and priced right. They worked with us to give us the best price on our trade in. The process was short and to the point and they were very honest from beginning to end. This has been the best car buying experience we've had.
Unfortunatelu absolutely no Follow up My tires were leaking air when I drove off the lot -I had to replace at over $1000 cost immediately. I contact Alderman multiple times and no response. The brakes squealed badly from day 1. They represented the vehicle as checked out and functioning which was not the case. It was a good deal for the vehicle but then immediate tires and brakes discolored my pleasure.
