Drew was very friendly and helpful, but communication got mixed up when Austin took over to finish the deal. He was not very friendly or personable and I would never recommend him to work with someone again. Had the car for 2 days before the engine light came on, car would not start right away, water was leaking from the glove box when it rained, and AC went out. Was overall not super happy with my experience and would not recommend to anyone. Now to deal with all the issues when I should be enjoying my car.
I was told by that my car was ready. Then when I was got the 45 mins later. I was told it wasn’t ready took another 20 mins. The. You guys literally pushed my seat completely back. Then he replaced my steering wheel to where I had to readjust it. If the car wasn’t ready then u should have said that. Also learn to put stuff back where u found it especially when it’s not urs.
Brought my car in for service. Besides somewhat of an attitude they failed to actually fix the problem that I reported and offered me a $4000 dollar repair bill. Some of which I had discovered after purchasing the vehicle that were not addressed during your inspection process. Turns out a twenty dollar part was the issue that I had reported but they didn't want to fix. Made an appointment in advance for an oil change and brake inspection, they had my car for 9 hours and as soon as I drove off the lot a “brake pad” light came on and it cost me $300. The manager said he would reach out and make it up to me, I am yet to hear anything over a week later.
This company is rude and doesn’t tell the full truth watch out when buying a car from this place

Anthony Manifold, you called our service department about a lost key. You authorized your vehicle to be towed here so we could get a key cut. After normal business hours you came and picked up your vehicle. We then had to look at suing you for your service bill. As a customer you did not tell the truth in your review not the dealer.
Sold us a crappy car, told us false information, and failed to report a plethora of damage. Then refused to work on it…

We did not sell you a "crappy' car. It is a very nice car. Where ever you parked it, a vermin climbed into the engine bay and chewed on your electrical wiring, this all happening after you purchased it. How is that the dealerships fault? We did not refuse any work. Because of the existent of the damage by the vermin we referred you to the Audi service department to assist. What did we falsify and what did we fail to report to you?
Sequoia had rust in door which was not disclosed and vehicle check engine light came on two days after delivery! Also, non functional rear door and brake lights were not disclosed. Very bad experience!!!

I was told when they came to pick up my vehicle on my lunch hour that it would be back by 630pm tjat evening. No bobody called me after that time. I called the same that same day, and yes I was very upset since my truck is needed for my job. At the end of the conversation he laughed and said you wont get your truck for another 2 days and hung up on me. I have since, also filed complaint with Attorney General.

Our Lot Porter came to pick up your vehicle as a courtesy. Earlier that day the service writer that you spoke with informed you that your truck would not be done today and your exact response was that you would come pick it up tomorrow morning. Then you called multiple people at our dealership cussed them out said you were going to bury the general manager in a hole if you didn’t get your truck back and you were going to bill us $200 an hour for every hour that your truck was gone.
