Worse car purchase experience I ever had. Salesman Greg McGuire misrepresented to car. Vehicle showed up with cosmetic damage that cost $1840 to repair. Severe mechanical issues estimated at $11000. He presented the car as excellent condition when it’s far from it. They are refusing to assume responsibility for the mechanical issues. Stay far away from this group.
They sell broken cars and never stand behind the car they sold. Don't trust this seller if you don't want to waste your time and money. Also, service department is awful they never call you back eventho they have your car and you're waiting for any information. They just make you pay for the rental car for nothing cause they don't know how to communicate. These people and this business only care about money, not the customers, and they'll do everything to let you down.
The absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had! I bought a 2015 Ram Laramie Longhorn that was supposedly the owners daughter's truck. The air suspension was not functioning correctly from the day it was purchased. The sales manager said well you bought a warranty, I said the warranty does not cover pre existing conditions. He replied they can't prove it was pre existing and neither can you.....well that's not true as it shows on carfax the suspension system was serviced here at Alderman just prior to me purchasing ... read more

We did service the suspension on the truck before you bought it. You said you had an issue and we never could verify it. We left it sit outside all the way up and in 5 days it only moved les that 1/4 of an inch. 100% not a safety issue at all. Then to help even more we sent you truck to the Ram dealership service to clarify and you did not let them look at it and picked it up. Sold me a terrible Warranty, Doesn't cover minor repairs. Had my car for 3 weeks all to be told warranty won't cover work. Communication was lacking about the status of vehicle.
Car had problems from moment we got home. Would not recommend this dealership. Response was should have bought an extended warranty.
No interest in commenting. Not what I thought the overall experience would have been. Not going back for anything going forward. I know they won't care as such we all move on
Prior to the sale, The salesman told me that everything worked on the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was misinformed. The sunroof is not operational. When I brought that information to the salesman's attention, he stated it was an as-is sale and they would not repair or troubleshoot without charging me for diagnosis or the repair of the sunroof. Disappointing, time wasting, unprofessional, stressful, disrespectful. I wish I never bought any vehicle from Alderman.
Oil change took 1 hour 45 minutes from the time of my appointment until I decided to approach the service desk. By that point, my car was sitting in the lot and the attendant told me he "was just coming to get me". After another 10 minutes of waiting for him to key the work into the computer, he provided the invoice, took payment, and I was finally out the door -- almost 2 hours!
