Alderman provided brake service on my car. The facility is clean, new, and the people are friendly. The repair went well and I am satisfied. Thanks!
Very honest, dealer had said brakes needed replaced immediately. Not the case at all will be a long term client. Very much appreciated.
I had an appointment and was met at the door by the salesman. They did everything I asked of them. I test drove a car. They were very responsive with no pressure.
Very courteous and nice would by from them again. Friendly and worked with me to get me what I wanted Definatly a good place to buy
Every step of the process was a mess. They did not schedule the drop off time in the computer for the same time they agreed to on the phone. The car was ready a whole day after we were told it would be. And a supervisor promised my wife a discount but there was none.

Was not satisfied with the purchase. I did not notice a small chip in passenger window untill I got home. The salsman Zahid Kahn did say it had it had a new windshield most likely why I did not notice the chip. I called about it and talked to Greg. He said it had been repaired. Why was I not told this during the before the purchase. Being that I was not told about the chip I took the car to a reputable auto glass shop. They told it had been repaired but was a poor repairb job. I asked if they could repair it and they said no... read more

I had appointment for 9:30 to replace my fin . I left and came back at 3:30 it still was not done! I came back at 5:00 it was finally done! I brought the car there but I will take it somewhere else to service it!

Not satisfied with purchase. Windshield had a chip in it that I did notice untill I got home. Zahid said it had a new windshield. After my wife noticed it when I got home. I looked at the video they sent me and looking closely I seen the chip. Greg the manager told me in an email that it was fixed in shop. I think they should fix it but so far they have not. I took the vehicle to Sipes auto glass. They confirmed the chip had been fixed but poorly done. They since it had resin put it there no more fixing. Said if chipped worse or cracked from that spot it would need a new windshield. Hope Greg stands buy his word in his email that if it got bigger they would take care of it. I guees I will just have to wait and see what happens.
