2015 Acura MDX Austin took the time to listen to our concerns and needs. He was very honest and didn't attempt to make up an answer when he didn't know. He even let us take the car home for the night when we weren't sure whether it was the right one. I recommend checking out Alderman and meeting with Austin if you are looking for a nice used car.
2015 Honda CRV We worked with Austin Thomason. Austin was helpful & professional, from my initial phone call through the entire buying process. Was willing to hold the car for us during our travel time of approximately 90 minutes, despite having had multiple calls in the past day regarding it. 2014 Cadillac ATS Austin and Keith stepped up to greet us immediately. The car was mis-advertised as having a sun roof; which is what i was wanting. They offered to adjust the price of the car due to the error or split the installation cost 50/50. EXCELLENT customer service, no hassle car buying experience. I would definitely recommend.
