2016 Rav4 Zenah was pleasant, polite, respectful and helpful from the very start of the process. My wife and I called Alderman about a car we saw online. Once we arrived at their brand new facility, we were treated very well. We drove the car and liked it so much we made an offer right away. We were given a reasonable amount on our trade in and the price for our new car was right. There were no long waits and the entire experience was what we had hoped it would be.

2015 Acura MDX Austin took the time to listen to our concerns and needs. He was very honest and didn't attempt to make up an answer when he didn't know. He even let us take the car home for the night when we weren't sure whether it was the right one. I recommend checking out Alderman and meeting with Austin if you are looking for a nice used car.

2015 Honda CRV We worked with Austin Thomason. Austin was helpful & professional, from my initial phone call through the entire buying process. Was willing to hold the car for us during our travel time of approximately 90 minutes, despite having had multiple calls in the past day regarding it.
