Amazing customer service I purchased my Lexus from Eric Rosenthal a month ago and I couldn't be happier. Not only did he make the process of purchasing easy and convenient but he found the exact car I was looking for! Going to Alderman Imports was the best decision I made and I won't go anywhere else when I'm ready to trade in.

I was charged $995 extra for lucus oil protection when I was charged $995 extra for lucus oil protection when zhan wrote on my quote it was to be included in the price. I have the documentation. When i spoke with austin about this he pretty much said there was nothing he could do.
Sold me a car with lots of issues. Sold me a car with lots of issues. I have already dropped 4k trying to fix it up. Now the A/C is not working. Disappointed in the dishonesty presented by this dealership. Disappointed I let them pressure me into buying the vehicle. Just disappointed all around. Would not recommend buying from them.

We had the car three weeks and if you let the car sit We had the car three weeks and if you let the car sit longer than 24 hours the battery was dead. Took to Lexus dealership and there was a parasitic drain coming from the central gateway ECU. This is now costing us $1,600 in repairs. This is something the dealership would have known as the car won’t start after 24 hours. I emailed dealership and have not heard a response.
Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. I will never return to Alderman. There are way too many options out there to choose a sleazy place like this one.
The vehicle that I bought happened to have defective The vehicle that I bought happened to have defective suspension which will cost me $3400 to fix. All the efforts to speak to the Manager have gone in vain. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this company.
I had the worst experience dealing with the agent I had the worst experience dealing with the agent Gregory Mcguire. After driving all night from Iowa to Indiana, i found out that the vehicle had a dent on the rear bumper which was not disclosed and there was a malfunction suspension light. I raised my concerns with Gregory who recommended that I a take a warranty... obviously warranty will not cover a pre existing condition. I have taken the vehicle to Mercedes dealership awaiting to know how much it will cost me to fix.
